Jacques B. Loraine III is a retired US Army CWO4, He was appointed in 1976 as a Warrant Officer in the US Army after serving in the USAF. He has served as an Intelligence Officer in Special Mission Units, Corp & Army tactical-level Units, and National Intelligence organizations. Jacques retired from the Army in 1995. Jacques served as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer and then Senior Business Development Manager for Raytheon until retirement in 2016.

Harold “Gary” Bunch is a retired US Army Major General, having served 35 years active and reserve. He was commissioned as a Regular Army second lieutenant in December 1976. He retired in 2012 from the US Army Materiel Command as the Assistant Deputy Commanding General. Gary has served as a Senior Military Analyst, the Director for Business Development and Senior Director for Logistics Programs with Tapestry Solutions.

Quint Avenetti is a retired US Marine Corps CWO5, having served 28-years from 1980 – 2008. Quint served in artillery and targeting, an Embassy Marine in several countries, and as a recruiter. His commissioned service includes several tours with artillery in Target Acquisition. He has authored two books on leadership and values and served as a Scoutmaster mentoring 36 Eagle Scouts. He is currently Vice President for Navmar Applied Sciences Corp.

Keith Barrett is a former Captain in the US Air Force. He graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1971 and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. He was awarded Pilot wings and the Master Parachute badge. After flying as a T-38 instructor, Keith was a maintenance officer for the F5E/F mobile training team. He flew for American airlines for 30 years. Since retiring, he has served on the 4th District Academy selection board for 3 congressmen and is the Wing Leader for the DFW Wing of the Commemorative Air Force.
